A meeting package can be tailored according to your wishes.
Please find below two examples of different meeting packages.
Small meeting package (10 persons)
Meeting package for 10 -persons including:
- Meeting room for 2 hours
- Coffee, tee and lemonade
- Sandwiches
- Rally simulator for 2 hours
Duration in whole 4 hours.
Price: 950,00€ (incl. VAT 24%)
Large meeting package (20 persons)
Meeting package for 20 -persons including:
- Meeting room for 7 hours
- Breakfast (Juice, coffee, tee and sandwiches)
- Forenoon coffee & tee + biscuits
- Lunch from the days list either delivered to the meeting room or at the restaurant close by
- Afternoon coffee + sweet bun
- Rally simulator for 4 hours
- Dinner served concurrently with the rally simulator
Duration in whole 11 hours.
Price: 2520,00€ (incl. VAT 24%)
From a booked but in case of an obstacle uncanceled event we are forced to charge half of the price of the event in question. |
